Why AEO Dose Exists: Pharma Visibility for an AI-First Search World
Pharmaceutical buyers are changing how they discover companies.
When a procurement manager needs an API manufacturer, CDMO, excipient supplier, formulation partner, or oral care manufacturer, they can now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, or Grok directly.
The question is no longer only:
“Can buyers find your company on Google?”
It is also:
“Does AI understand your company well enough to mention, compare, recommend, and cite it?”
AEO Dose exists to help pharmaceutical and healthcare businesses answer that question.
We audit how AI platforms understand your brand, identify gaps in the information and signals they rely on, strengthen your digital entity and authority, and continuously measure whether your visibility improves.

M Netrajit Singha, Founder and Computer System Validation Specialist
AEO Dose was founded by M Netrajit Singha, a B. Pharma graduate with more than 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical ERP implementation and validation, supported by 2 years of direct pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
Netrajit's background sits at the intersection of two areas that are rarely combined: Pharmaceutical operations and regulated digital systems.
That combination became the foundation for AEO Dose.
Rather than approaching pharma from a traditional marketing perspective, AEO Dose applies knowledge of how pharmaceutical companies actually operate, document their capabilities, structure their data, and validate their systems to the emerging problem of AI visibility.
AEO Dose did not begin as a traditional marketing agency.
It grew out of years of working with pharmaceutical companies, Pharma ERP systems, validation processes, and regulated manufacturing environments.
As a B.Pharma graduate, my career gave me a foundation in pharmaceutical manufacturing and the way the industry operates. Over time, my work moved deeper into Pharma ERP implementation, system validation, data structures, documentation, and regulated business processes.
That experience taught me an important principle:
In pharma, information is only useful when it is structured correctly, documented clearly, traceable, and supported by evidence.
The way pharmaceutical companies present their capabilities follows the same principle.
A CDMO needs to clearly communicate its manufacturing capabilities.
An API manufacturer needs to establish what molecules and capabilities it actually supports.
An excipient supplier needs to demonstrate what it supplies and where it fits within the pharmaceutical supply chain.
Certifications, manufacturing capabilities, regulatory information, technical documentation, and company identity all contribute to how a pharmaceutical business is understood.
Then the buyer-discovery environment began to change.
Instead of relying only on traditional search, buyers could ask AI systems questions such as:
“Which API manufacturers can supply this molecule?”
“Which CDMOs have sterile injectable manufacturing capabilities?”
“Which excipient suppliers should I consider in India?”
This created a new visibility problem.
A company could have a strong website and years of industry experience, yet an AI platform might not understand the company correctly, might not mention it, or might not have enough trusted information to cite it confidently.
That became the starting point for AEO Dose.
The connection was clear:
Pharma → Manufacturing → ERP → Validation → Structured Information → AI Visibility
The discipline used to make regulated pharmaceutical systems precise, documented, traceable, and verifiable can also inform how pharmaceutical businesses make their digital information understandable to AI systems.
AEO Dose applies that thinking to the new AI discovery channel.
In simple terms: I moved from helping pharmaceutical systems correctly process and validate information to helping AI systems correctly understand and represent pharmaceutical companies.
That is the thinking behind AEO Dose.
Pharma Domain Experience Meets AI Visibility
AEO Dose is built on pharmaceutical domain experience—not a generic marketing playbook applied to pharma.
B.Pharma Graduate
Formal pharmaceutical education provides the foundation for understanding drug development, pharmaceutical manufacturing, dosage forms, the supply chain, and the regulated environment in which pharma businesses operate.
12+ Years Pharma ERP Implementation and Validation
More than a decade of experience implementing and validating Pharma ERP systems across regulated business environments.
This provides practical understanding of how pharmaceutical companies structure operational data, document processes, manage information, and maintain system integrity.
Computer System Validation Specialist
Computer System Validation requires precision, structured documentation, traceability, data integrity, and evidence-based verification.
These principles influence how AEO Dose approaches AI visibility: the objective is not simply to create more content, but to create clear, structured, consistent, and verifiable information about a pharmaceutical business.
2 Years Direct Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Experience
Hands-on pharmaceutical manufacturing experience provides direct understanding of manufacturing operations and the capabilities, processes, documentation, and compliance context that matter when evaluating pharmaceutical manufacturers and suppliers.

Pharma Domain Knowledge + AEO Methodology
Generic AI visibility advice does not work for a regulated industry.
A pharma buyer asking an AI platform about an excipient supplier or injectable manufacturer is asking a very different question than a retail shopper comparing products.
The entities are different.
The credibility signals are different.
The buyer questions are different.
The evidence required is different.
And the consequences of inaccurate information can be significant.
AEO Dose therefore combines pharmaceutical domain knowledge with Answer Engine Optimization methodology.
Pharma-Specific Buyer Questions
We build audits around questions real pharmaceutical buyers may ask AI systems.
For example:
- Which API manufacturers supply a specific molecule?
- Which CDMOs offer sterile injectable manufacturing?
- Which excipient suppliers operate in a particular geography?
- Which pharmaceutical manufacturers have a specific dosage-form capability?
- Which oral care companies manufacture a particular type of product?
The objective is to test visibility against the questions that matter to the business—not generic search queries.
Credibility and Compliance Context
AI visibility for pharma cannot be separated from credibility.
Manufacturing capabilities, certifications, regulatory information, technical capabilities, company identity, and documented evidence can all contribute to how a pharmaceutical business is understood.
AEO Dose incorporates this industry context when evaluating how a brand is represented across AI systems and the wider web.
Structured, Verifiable Signals
Computer System Validation teaches a simple principle:
Information should be structured, documented, traceable, and verifiable.
AEO Dose applies the same discipline to AI visibility.
We work on the signals that help AI systems understand:
Who you are → What you do → What you manufacture → Where you operate → What capabilities you have → Why your company is credible.
No Generic Playbooks
AEO Dose does not use one identical approach for every pharmaceutical company.
An API manufacturer has a different entity profile from a CDMO.
A sterile injectable manufacturer has different buyer questions from an excipient supplier.
An oral care brand has a different discovery journey from a pharmaceutical raw material supplier.
The methodology is therefore adapted to the company's segment, capabilities, buyer questions, competitive environment, and existing digital presence.
Not Traditional SEO Applied to Pharma
Traditional SEO is primarily concerned with visibility in search-engine results.
AEO Dose focuses on a different question:
What happens when a buyer asks an AI system about your company, capability, product, or category?
That requires understanding:
- AI-generated answers
- Entity recognition
- Structured information
- Schema and machine-readable signals
- Citation sources
- Authority across the web
- Pharma-specific buyer questions
- Competitive AI visibility
- Ongoing measurement
The goal is not simply to make a pharmaceutical website rank.
The goal is to help AI systems understand the company accurately enough to include it in relevant conversations.
